No this is not Lt. Ellen Ripley's exoskeleton in Alien. It is just an aircraft de-icing equipment spraying de-icing fluid on the airplane.
This was taken in Detroit-Wayne County Airport, during my from to Chicago-Midway about a Delta Canadair CJR900, last March. As you can see below, most of the airport was covered with snow and ice.
