Shanghai Pudong International Airport

The Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) is the main international gateway to Shanghai, China. The airport, which sits in a 40-square kilometer site, is the 34th busiest airport in the world, serving 32 million passengers in 2009.

The world's first commercial magnetic levitation rail system serves the airport, with a link to downtown Shanghai.
