I flew to Cebu yesterday to attend a wedding (yes, and I have to buy my first barong Tagalog for it). The wedding is for Myles, a high school and University of the Philippines classmate of mine. She's marrying her Brit beau Calvin. The wedding was quite romantic, with some light-hearted moments involving the wedding planner and her funny accent. The reception after was held at Plantation Bay Resort in Mactan [a swanky place, if you'd ask me]. I also met some classmates there, Divine Grace (haven't seen her since graduation), Golda (who gave birth the day of the wedding [gratz!], and Gigi [who also gave birth the following day [gratz too!].
