had the chance to workout at the fitness center of Shangri-La Hotel in Makati this weekend. The gym is well equipped with machines and weights, and swimming is also an option, as the hotel has an Olympic-size one on the fourth-floor deck. The jacuzzi and sauna is a great way to cool down after a workout.

In my point of view it is the best option for accommodation, if you have limited budget. I have got couple of time accommodation in hostel from Hank Freid in order to meet my travel budget. so one can easily managed his travel with this sort of accommodation
