Jellyfish
Jellyfishes are the bane of my (beach) life. I'm allergic to their stings, so the anti-jellyfish sting sunblock is god-send to me. This is was taken in Banol beach in Coron.June 19, 2009

Surfing in San Juan
Despite having the sniffles two days previously, I pushed through with the planned surfing trip to San Juan with Arvy. The waves are not very large, but perfect for beginners and no-stress surfing.
San Juan Resort, where we stayed, is almost full, partly because it's a three-day weekend, and te place looked busy despite not being surfing season yet.
How to get there: take the Partas bus from Cubao Aurora Blvd. station to San Juan (PhP 369 one way). All buses going to Ilocos pass through the town.
